Welsh-Ukrainian Project: Music, Culture, and Traditions

We have embarked on an incredible journey that unites two rich cultural worlds – Wales and Ukraine.

Our project, which started in 2024, is a series of interactive workshops where everyone can immerse themselves in the atmosphere of two different but fascinating cultures.
We offer you a true cultural discovery.

At each workshop, you will:

• Learn new words and phrases in both languages;
• Get acquainted with traditional musical instruments and their unique sounds;
• Enjoy choral singing and amazing musical pieces;
• Master the movements of national dances – the Ukrainian hopak and Welsh clogging;
• Explore the captivating cultural traditions and holidays of both nations;
• And even create your own songs.

All this in an interactive format with music, videos, poems, drawings, and colouring pages.

Each workshop concludes with an exciting quiz where you can test your knowledge.

And, of course, you will be invited to a concert that we organize at the end of each workshop series.
